By accessing or using curevo.in, our mobile applications, or any related services (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

CUREVO is an online healthcare marketplace. We provide a platform that connects patients seeking medical treatment with independent healthcare providers — hospitals, clinics, and doctors — worldwide.

CUREVO is a technology intermediary, not a healthcare provider. We do not practice medicine, provide medical diagnoses, or deliver clinical care. All medical services are provided directly by the listed healthcare providers.

Our services include: provider discovery and comparison, appointment and procedure booking facilitation, quote management, medical travel coordination, and patient communication tools.

To use the Platform you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age, or have parental/guardian consent if a minor requires medical facilitation.
• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorised access at support@curevo.in.
• Not create multiple accounts for the same individual or entity without prior written consent.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information, violate these Terms, or engage in prohibited conduct.

When using the Platform, you agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent medical or provider information.
• Harvest, scrape, or collect user data without express permission.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its related systems.
• Use the Platform to transmit spam, malware, or harmful code.
• Impersonate any person, organisation, or healthcare provider.
• Engage in any activity that violates applicable law, including consumer protection, healthcare advertising, and anti-spam regulations.
• Circumvent our booking or payment systems by transacting directly with providers discovered through the Platform to avoid applicable fees.

CUREVO does not provide medical advice. Content on the Platform, including provider descriptions, treatment information, and patient reviews, is for informational purposes only. It does not constitute professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare professional before making any medical decisions. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information found on this Platform.

We verify provider credentials and accreditations at the time of onboarding and conduct periodic reviews. However, verification does not constitute an endorsement of any provider’s services, outcomes, or quality of care. Patients are encouraged to conduct independent due diligence.

Providers listed on CUREVO are independent entities. Any contract for medical services is between the patient and the provider. CUREVO is not a party to that contract.

Providers must maintain valid licenses, accurate listings, current pricing, and timely responses. Misrepresentation may result in suspension or permanent removal from the Platform.

Booking fees and any platform service charges are displayed clearly before confirmation. Payments may be processed by third-party processors (Razorpay, Stripe). CUREVO is not liable for processor outages or errors.

Prices quoted by providers are estimates and subject to confirmation. Final pricing is governed by the agreement between you and the healthcare provider.

Currency conversions are indicative. The final charge in your currency is determined by your payment provider at the time of transaction.

Cancellation and refund terms depend on (a) CUREVO’s platform service fee policy, and (b) the individual provider’s cancellation policy disclosed at the time of booking.

For full details, see our Refund Policy. CUREVO may facilitate disputes between patients and providers but does not guarantee refund outcomes where the provider’s own policies apply.

All content on the Platform — including the CUREVO name, logo, design, software, text, images, and data compilations — is owned by or licensed to Pantheon Meditech Private Limited and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Providers grant CUREVO a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display submitted content (photos, descriptions, pricing) for the purpose of operating and marketing the Platform.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pantheon Meditech Private Limited and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Medical outcomes, clinical decisions, or negligence by listed healthcare providers.
• Travel disruptions, visa issues, or acts beyond our reasonable control.
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Loss of data, revenue, or business arising from use of the Platform.

Our total aggregate liability for claims arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the fees paid by you to CUREVO in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pantheon Meditech Private Limited and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of:

• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your use of the Platform or any services obtained through it.
• Your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Any false or misleading information you provide on the Platform.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically the laws of the State of Tamil Nadu. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Salem, Tamil Nadu, India.

If you are accessing the Platform from outside India, you are responsible for compliance with local laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to first contact us at support@curevo.in to seek an informal resolution. We will endeavour to respond within 14 working days.

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (India). The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Salem, Tamil Nadu. The language of arbitration shall be English.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 14 days before taking effect. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The current version is always available at curevo.in/terms.
