1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing curevo.in, our mobile applications, or any related services (collectively, the “Platform”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use the Platform. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
2. Platform Description
CUREVO is a global online healthcare marketplace that connects patients seeking medical treatment with independent, verified healthcare providers — including hospitals, clinics, specialist centres, and licensed doctors — worldwide.
CUREVO is a technology intermediary, not a healthcare provider. We do not practice medicine, provide diagnoses, or deliver clinical care. All medical services are provided directly by listed healthcare providers.
Our services include: provider discovery and comparison, appointment and procedure booking facilitation, quote management, medical travel coordination, EBOO/HBOT therapy centre listings, and patient communication tools.
3. Provider Responsibilities
All doctors, hospitals, and centres listed on CUREVO must maintain the following throughout their engagement with the Platform:
- Hold valid medical credentials, including MCI (Medical Council of India) or NMC (National Medical Commission) registration for Indian practitioners, or the equivalent regulatory body registration for practitioners in other jurisdictions.
- Ensure all listed information — including qualifications, specialisations, fees, availability, and facility details — is accurate, current, and not misleading.
- Obtain and maintain all licences, registrations, and accreditations required by applicable law to practise medicine and operate medical facilities.
- Respond to patient enquiries and booking requests within the timeframes stipulated in the provider agreement.
- Maintain professional indemnity insurance appropriate to their scope of practice.
- Promptly notify CUREVO of any suspension, revocation, or adverse action against their medical licence or accreditation.
- Comply with all applicable laws, including the Indian Medical Council Act, Clinical Establishments Act, and relevant state regulations.
Misrepresentation of credentials, fraudulent listings, or conduct that harms patient safety will result in immediate suspension and permanent removal from the Platform, in addition to any legal action.
4. Patient Responsibilities
Patients and prospective patients using the Platform agree to:
- Provide accurate personal, medical, and contact information when making enquiries or bookings.
- Independently verify provider credentials and seek a second medical opinion where appropriate before committing to a procedure.
- Consult a licensed physician before travelling internationally for medical treatment.
- Comply with the healthcare provider's clinical instructions and pre/post-procedure guidelines.
- Not use the Platform to seek treatment for conditions that require emergency medical attention; in an emergency, contact local emergency services immediately.
- Ensure they hold valid travel documents, health insurance, and any visas required for medical travel.
5. Booking & Cancellation Policy
Bookings made through the Platform are subject to confirmation by the healthcare provider. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a written confirmation from both the provider and CUREVO.
Standard cancellation policy: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment or procedure are eligible for a full refund of any platform service fee paid to CUREVO. Cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment may incur a cancellation fee as disclosed at the time of booking.
Provider-specific cancellation terms are disclosed at the time of booking and may differ from the above. Refunds of amounts paid directly to healthcare providers are governed by the provider's own policy. For full details, see our Refund Policy.
CUREVO reserves the right to cancel a booking if a provider becomes unavailable or if there is evidence of fraud. In such cases, a full refund of platform fees will be issued.
6. Payment Terms
CUREVO charges a commission on completed bookings, as specified in the provider agreement. This commission is deducted from payments processed through the Platform. Providers who circumvent the Platform to transact directly with patients discovered through CUREVO remain liable for the applicable commission.
Platform service fees payable by patients, if any, are displayed clearly before booking confirmation. Payments are processed by authorised third-party payment processors (including Razorpay and Stripe). CUREVO is not liable for payment processor outages or errors beyond its reasonable control.
Currency conversions displayed on the Platform are indicative. The final charge in your billing currency is determined by your payment provider at the time of transaction.
